The key reason for signing up for one of our webcare plans is preventative care. Our plans are designed to prevent bad things from happening to your site. While we cannot promise your website will not be hacked (no one can and if they do RUN), we will be there, communicating with the web hosting on your behalf. We can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent hacks, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

We provide content update requests and small design improvements based on your needs. You simply send us an email with clear instructions on the content you want to change on your website and we get straight to work and let you know when it's done - usually by the next business day.

You can also use this time for practically anything that you need done within your monthly support time. Content changes include any text or image change that will take us 30 minutes or less. This typically covers things like adding a testimonials section or a new event to your website.

Please note that if you ask for new features to your website, that request will likely require in a formal quote because those requests typically go over the monthly dedicated time. Tasks covered under the monthly content update time do not include advanced or custom features like an online shop or membership section.

The best way to communicate with our team is via email. We find it yields the fastest and most accurate responses. However, we know brainstorming works best on the phone or on a video call. These consulting calls are reserved for our Manage and Maximize clients. They help focus the trajectory of the website for growth and improvements. Clients can use this time to online screen-share small updates or training.

You will be charged automatically at the start of each month. Once payment is complete we send you an invoice PDF directly to your email.

Because you know your business and target audience the best, we rely on you to send us a variety of content for us to extract from. The content that you send us can be a link, latest news for your company, an article you found interesting, a YouTube video, or another blog post from other sites you want us to monitor. Once we pull out the posts, we will request your approval and schedule them out for the next 30 days. Don't worry. We will take care of providing stock images and SEO meta information.

If you have a task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. However, many times we will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $125/hr.

Although these plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated webmaster.

We first like to do a website evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation we will perform website updates and monitoring tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Based on your type of website, this website evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee.
